In order to ensure that our customers can enjoy shopping with peace of mind, we have established the following return policy. Due to hygiene management considerations and the nature of our products, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Basic principles of return

  • Returns due to customer convenience
    • For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns of any products, including shorts (pants), bra and shorts sets, pajamas and negligees, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened, for reasons of customer convenience (size does not fit, different from what was expected, wrong order, etc.).
  • Regarding returns due to our convenience
    • If the product you receive is damaged .
    • If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered .
    • In the above cases, we will accept returns . Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Main cases in which returns cannot be accepted

We cannot accept returns in the following cases, except for reasons attributable to our store.

  • Products that have been used, tried on (including trying on directly against the skin), or washed even once.
  • Products that have become scratched or dirty while in the customer's possession.
  • If the product tags, labels, packaging, accessories, etc. are detached, damaged or missing.
  • Sale items, lucky bags, and other items that are clearly marked "non-returnable."
  • For reasons due to customer convenience (size does not fit, different from what was expected, wrong order, etc.).

3. Important Notice

  • We try to make the product photos as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor settings and room lighting.
  • Please refer to the size guide on each product page for sizing information. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. (Please note that we cannot accept returns due to size differences.)
